HOW TO PREPARE

• Stay hydrated

• Keep your skin moisturized

• Get good rest the night before

• Eat before your appointment

• Dress comfortable with loose clothing that won't rub on the tattoo

PLEASE READ

• Cannot be pregnant or nursing.

• Do not show up to appointment after consuming alcohol or THC.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• No children of any age are allowed.

• One guest is allowed to accompany you to your appointment.

• Please disclose ahead of time if you have any blood borne illnesses such as HIV or Hepatitis.

• Please provide a doctor's note if you have any blood clotting disorders, autoimmune disorders, diabetes, or other health concerns that would stop you from receiving a tattoo.

DEPOSITS + CANCELLATIONS

DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling services. Remainder of balance will be charged upon completion of appointment.


Consent Form Required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This business enforces a cancellation policy on it's services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and same day cancellations. 


No shows and clients that cancel within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of their booked service. Deposit will go towards cancellation fee. 


A no-show is if you are more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. If appointnment cancelled before the 24 Hour deadline, no cancellation fee will be charged.


A courtesy reminder text/email will be sent 1 week before scheduled appointment.
